This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds and cancellations for Kodelyth's services.
If you are not satisfied with a new monthly plan subscription within the first 7 days, you may request a full refund with no questions asked. To request a refund, contact us at support@kodelyth.com within 7 days of your subscription start date.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. You will retain access to services until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days after the 7-day guarantee period.
To cancel your subscription, email support@kodelyth.com with the subject "Cancel Subscription – [Your Name/Company]". We will confirm cancellation within 2 business days.
The initial advance payment (30–50%) is non-refundable once development work has commenced. This covers the cost of initial discovery, planning, and development work already performed.
If you cancel a project within 48 hours of placing the order and before any work has begun, you will receive a 100% refund of any payments made.
If you cancel mid-project after work has commenced, the refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed:
If we must cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund of all payments made plus a 10% compensation credit for any inconvenience.
You may request a full refund for an online course within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
After the 7-day window, or if more than 20% of the course content has been accessed, no refund will be issued. This policy ensures the integrity of our course access and certificate system.
The "All Courses Bundle" is eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if no individual course has been accessed beyond 20% completion.
If you experience technical issues preventing course access and we cannot resolve them within 5 business days, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of time elapsed.
