All source code, software architecture, designs, documentation, and materials remain the intellectual property of KODELYTH LLC unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorized copying, resale, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
লিখিত চুক্তি ব্যতীত সকল কোড, সফটওয়্যার আর্কিটেকচার, ডিজাইন ও ডকুমেন্টেশন KODELYTH LLC-এর মেধাস্বত্ব হিসেবে সংরক্ষিত থাকবে। অননুমোদিত কপি, পুনর্বিক্রয় বা বিতরণ কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
Payments may be processed via banks or international payment processors (including Stripe, PayPal, Payoneer, Mercury, Shopify-supported gateways). Clients must pay as per invoice terms. Failure may result in suspension of services.

Due to the customized nature of software and IT services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless explicitly agreed in writing.
কাস্টম সফটওয়্যার ও আইটি সেবার ক্ষেত্রে কাজ শুরু হলে সাধারণত পেমেন্ট ফেরতযোগ্য নয়, লিখিত চুক্তিতে উল্লেখ না থাকলে।
Users must not engage in illegal activities, use services for fraud or abuse, or violate intellectual property or cybersecurity laws.

These Terms comply with Bangladesh Digital Commerce Act & DBID requirements, Bangladesh ICT & Cyber laws, and applicable US commercial and contract laws.
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের ডিজিটাল কমার্স আইন, DBID নীতিমালা ও প্রযোজ্য মার্কিন আইন অনুসারে প্রণীত।
These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws of Bangladesh and, where applicable, United States law. Disputes may be resolved through competent courts or lawful arbitration.
