KODELYTH LLC is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy rights of individuals located in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), and other jurisdictions governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This GDPR Compliance Statement explains how we collect, process, store, and protect personal data in accordance with EU GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and applicable international data protection laws.

This policy applies to all personal data processed by KODELYTH LLC relating to clients, users, and website visitors from the EU/EEA/UK, business partners and contractors, and any individual whose data is processed through our services.

KODELYTH LLC processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing software development, IT services, digital solutions, SaaS platforms, consulting, and technical support, in accordance with documented instructions from the Data Controller and in compliance with GDPR Article 28 requirements.

KODELYTH LLC shall: Process data only on documented instructions, Ensure confidentiality of personal data, Implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures, Assist the Data Controller in fulfilling GDPR obligations, Notify the Data Controller of any data breach without undue delay as required by GDPR Article 33.
